Week 6 Reflection

I am making amendments to the script of the movie with the rest of the group members. We will improve the script of the movie if we can.

Next Meeting Preparations

Our Next Group meeting will be on 9/3/10 at 11am
Which by then we will be finishing up the movie
about the 2 topics and finish the worksheet for
that week and post the powerpoint about  Global
Warming onto the blog...

Week 3 Reflection

I did the PowerPoint slides for global warming but I cannot open the file. We will try to solve this problem.

Week 2 Reflection

I wanted to do the project but I do not have other people's telephone number so I cannot contact them to do the project. I will see what I can do.

Movie review

We are now working on the script for the movie and will be completing it by the March Holidays and
we will post an online survey on the blog so people that saw the video and share with us their comments about it.

4th Reflection

This week we continue and improved our 4 guiding questions. We were trying our best to decide which question our group has focus on as the topic global warming is very wide. Our teacher also help us by giving example what type of question can we use for guiding.

3rd Reflection

Today, our group had shorten our project topic to global warming only as the topic was too wide and also whenever we search for global cooling on the net, it would always lead us back to the global warming page which was very frustrating and leading us nowhere. We also thought of 4 question for our current topic for GRACE group work.

2nd Reflection

Today,we brainstorm and discussed which topic our group want to take. This was indeed quite challenging as there was so many topic to choose from and not all of us had the same view. I wanted to take the topic that our teacher suggested which is smoking while my group leader Zheng Xiong wanted to take the topic global warming and cooling which topic was quite wide. But in the end,we took the topic our group leader insisted on which is global warming and cooling.

1st Reflection

Today is the first day of my GRACE group work. I had been looking for to this day as it was also my first time doing project with my sec 2 class. But I was rather disappointed as we formed our groups, without individual choice, but by index numbers. And also ,there was not a lot of time to discuss about our project. Today, we only create a blog and think of our group name.

Week 6 reflection Member: Chew Zheng Xiong

For today's lesson we will research more on the topics and make amendments to our script hoping it to be longer and more interesting for the audience to view.

Week 5 Reflection

We are doing our movie although we have not finished it yet. We will continue to work on it and try to hand it in by the March holidays.

we will be doing weekly reflections only until the March holidays which will by then we will complete our movie and show our teacher in charge before posting onto the blog.
